Being a daughter of a skin care enthusiast, I’ve always followed these skincare tips since a very long time.During my teenage years I’ve always struggled from acne and oily, dull skin and these tips helped me out alot.And I can guarantee you that atleast some of these tips will help you get a healthier glowing skin.

1.For a Glowing Skin


One of my favorite glow recipe ingredient, Papaya is one of the best fruit which can control acne,helps in reducing wrinkles,and improving complexion.The abundance of beta-carotene and other essential plant compounds present in Papaya enhances the skin glow and complexion.

1.Papaya and Milk

  • Mix 1 small cup of mashed Papaya and half a cup of milk.
  • Apply this mixture on your neck and face for 10-15 min .
  • Wash it off with cold water.
  • Rub an ice cube on your face and neck for an extra glow and smooth skin.


Rich in zinc and anti inflammatory properties Yogurt also contains many essential probiotics that will help your skin restore your skin’s natural glow and health.

  • Apply two teaspoons of yogurt and one pinch of Turmeric on your face and neck.
  • Wash it off with cold water after 15 min.
  • Apply ice cubes after wash for a flush glowing skin.

For clearing acne

1.Wild Turmeric

Wild Turmeric is an excellent natural skin care ingredient of all time.It possess antibacterial properties.Regular application of wild Turmeric can reduce the appearance of dark circles ,Blemishes and acne.This magical ingredient is proven improve complexion and providing a healthy glowing skin.


Being a natural cleanser,moisturizer and toner, this super food is an amazing natural skin care ingredient if you have acne or dull skin.Milk is always known for its skin lightening and curing Sunburns ,Sun Damaged skin and dark circles.

1.Wild Turmeric and Milk

  • Mix 3 pinches of Wild Turmeric and Milk.
  • Apply on your face and neck for 10-15 min.
  • Wash the mixture in circular motion before the mixture dries on your face.
  • Rub an ice cube on your face after wash.


Curd is an excellent choice for oily skin.The lactic acid and Alpha hydroxy present in curd effectively clear out the excess sebum and dead skin cells.The calcium present in curd makes sure that your skin is not dull and dehydreated.This natural ingredient really helped me fight my acne and pimples alot.

2.Curd and Turmeric

  • Mix 2 teaspoons of curd and 2 pinch of Turmeric.
  • Apply this mixture on face and neck for 10-15 min.
  • Wash out the mixture from your face with cold water.
  • Rub an ice cube on your face after wash.
